Baarle is by far the most amazing village in the world. North of the Belgian-Dutch border, Belgians and Dutch live and work criss-crossed in Baarle-Hertog (B) and Baarle-Nassau (NL).
These twin towns have no less than 30 Belgian and Dutch enclaves scattered like a jigsaw puzzle. When you stroll through the village, you ‘sneak’ across the border dozens of times, without even realizing it!
